Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, the salon reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked service as a no-show fee.

This policy is established in accordance with the applicable provisions of Spanish Civil Law (Código Civil) regarding breach of contract and compensation for damages.
