1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hair Rebecca Wiesmeier and her clients.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

By booking an appointment, clients accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€).

Payment is due immediately after the treatment at the salon.

4. Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Fee

Booked appointments are exclusively reserved time slots.

* Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.

* For cancellations made later than this, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the agreed treatment price will be charged.

The calculation is based on applicable Spanish law (lost profit).

5. Lateness (Late Arrival)

In case of lateness, the treatment time may be shortened, or the appointment may not be completed in full.

The agreed price remains valid.

6. Services

All services are performed with the utmost care and professionalism.

Individual requests will be discussed in advance.

7. Liability

No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is used exclusively for appointment scheduling and customer service and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

9. Final Provisions

Spanish law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Mallorca, to the extent permitted by law.
